With a background in civil/environmental engineering and a proven track record of driving growth, Theresa has been instrumental in expanding ERG's reach since joining in 2013. Her expertise was honed through years of managing multi-million-dollar defense contracts at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She is an expert employee mentor, modeling how to deliver exceptional service to federal agencies across the nation.

Professional Highlights
• Became the first female program manager in the Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District
• Served as vice president for nationwide on-site government services contracts at a publicly held firm.
