Gina Foringer

Owner/CEO

Focused on mission success and organizational structures, Gina steers the ERG ship with an extensive network of government and contractor personnel, a thorough knowledge of military infrastructure, and a comprehensive understanding of contract operations. With a steadfast dedication to military and environmental work, Gina leverages her extensive experience as a U.S. Army transportation officer and environmental program manager. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of military infrastructure and contract operations and has propelled ERG to new heights as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned business.

Professional Highlights

  • Earned a Purple Heart while serving in Somalia as a U.S. Army Transportation Officer

  • Developed a nationwide on-site support program as an on-site contractor with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District,

  • Flew up the ranks of a publicly-held environmental firm, becoming the youngest employee and first woman to become senior vice president

  • Brought on to develop and run ERG’s government contracting division.

  • In the role of servant leadership owner, oversees the operations and growth of Environmental Research Group and AmaTerra, ERG Texas Services.

Off-the-Clock Pursuits

  • Running clears my head and helps me problem-solve.

  • I volunteer in Baltimore City to support underserved communities.

  • My two cats (Zenia and Jolene), mini-poodle (Zipper), and newt (who hatched in 1988!) are great company, and there’s nothing like spotting deer, fox, bats, and snakes around the neighborhood.

  • I’m getting to know Italy during visits to see my daughter who lives in Milan.
