With a steadfast dedication to military and environmental work, Gina leverages her extensive experience as a U.S. Army transportation officer and environmental program manager. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of military infrastructure and contract operations and has propelled ERG to new heights as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned business.

Earned a Purple Heart while serving in Somalia as a U.S. Army Transportation Officer
Developed a nationwide on-site support program as an on-site contractor with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District,
Flew up the ranks of a publicly-held environmental firm, becoming the youngest employee and first woman to become senior vice president
Brought on to develop and run ERG’s government contracting division.

I volunteer in Baltimore City to support underserved communities.
My two cats (Zenia and Jolene), mini-poodle (Zipper), and newt (who hatched in 1988!) are great company, and there’s nothing like spotting deer, fox, bats, and snakes around the neighborhood.
I’m getting to know Italy during visits to see my daughter who lives in Milan.
